  • Service providers — scheduling, field service management (Jobber), payment processing, financing (Wisetack), email, phone, and SMS providers who help us deliver services to you.

  • Subcontractors — installation partners who require job-site information to perform the work.

We retain customer records for as long as needed to support the LeakSafe Guarantee, comply with tax and legal requirements, and operate the business. Records tied to active guarantees are kept for the full guarantee term plus a reasonable period after.

  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you

  • Request correction or deletion of your information, subject to our legal and operational requirements
