1. Acceptance

By using the LeakSafe Technologies website, requesting a free assessment, communicating with us by phone or text, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Who We Are

LeakSafe Technologies is a DBA of Triangle Carpentry LLC, a Pennsylvania S-Corporation, Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor #PA174426. We sell, install, and guarantee residential water leak prevention systems in South Central Pennsylvania.

3. Free In-Home Assessment

We offer a free in-home assessment of your home's water supply system. The assessment is performed by a LeakSafe-trained assessment professional. There is no obligation to purchase. A written proposal is provided at the conclusion of the assessment.

4. Services and Products

LeakSafe sells and installs supply-side water leak prevention products. Specific products, configurations, and pricing are presented at the assessment and documented in a written agreement before any work begins. Installation is performed by LeakSafe personnel or a LeakSafe-authorized installer.

5. Agreements and Pricing

All installation work is governed by a separate written installation agreement executed before work begins. That agreement, not this page, governs the scope, price, payment terms, schedule, warranty, and guarantee for the work performed.

6. The LeakSafe Guarantee

The LeakSafe Guarantee is offered on qualifying installations and is governed by a separate written guarantee agreement provided at the time of purchase. Eligibility, coverage, limits, and exclusions are defined in that agreement.

7. Text Messages (SMS)

When you provide your phone number to LeakSafe, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, and responses to your inquiries.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

  • Reply HELP for assistance.

Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Website Use

The LeakSafe website is provided for informational purposes and to allow homeowners to request a free assessment. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security

  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting forms

  • Use automated systems to access the site without permission

9. Intellectual Property

The LeakSafe Technologies name, logo, tagline ("Prevent the Leak, Prevent the Loss."), website content, and brand materials are the property of Triangle Carpentry LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

10. Third-Party Products

LeakSafe installs products manufactured by third parties (including but not limited to Watts, FloodStop, aquaHALT, and Moen). Manufacturer warranties apply to those products. LeakSafe's installation workmanship and the LeakSafe Guarantee are governed by their respective written agreements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeakSafe Technologies, Triangle Carpentry LLC, and their owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or the services, except as expressly set forth in the written installation agreement and the LeakSafe Guarantee.

12. Service Area

LeakSafe currently serves Adams, York, Lancaster, Cumberland, Franklin, and surrounding counties in Pennsylvania. We may decline to serve homes outside that area or where site conditions make the work unsafe or impractical.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
